In the “Interview Simulation with Çınar Koleji,” organized by the Ibn Haldun University Career Center in collaboration with Çınar Koleji, participants gained interview experience through one-on-one simulations and received feedback on their performance.

Reorganized upon high demand, the Microsoft Excel Training contributed to students’ development in data analysis, chart creation, and basic calculation skills.

The 3rd Career Fair organized by Ibn Haldun University Career Center brought together students, alumni, and leading institutions for a full day of networking and career development opportunities. Through workshops, interview simulations, and direct engagement with employers, participants gained valuable insights into both professional and academic career paths.

The event “At the Threshold of Graduation: Uncertainty, Expectations, and Possibilities,” organized in collaboration with the Ibn Haldun University Career Center and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Research and Application Center, was held on April 16, 2026. The session focused on applied practices including goal-setting, as well as cognitive and behavioral strategies to help students cope with uncertainty as they approach graduation.

At the event held at Ibn Haldun University, alumna Betül Balçık shared her career journey through her experiences at Turkish Technic and Turkcell, offering valuable insights to students and graduates.

The Erasmus+ KA-152 Youth Mobility project titled “Sustainability in Education Beyond Borders: Perspectives of International Students in Türkiye and International Students in Germany on Sustainability in Their Host Countries (SUSTAIN-ED)”, coordinated by the Career Center team of the Strategy and Resource Development Department, has been awarded support by the Turkish National Agency.

The applied workshop titled ‘The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Career Processes’ was held on 10 March 2026 within the Career Center, which operates under the Strategy and Resource Development Department of Ibn Haldun University. The program, where students had the opportunity to interact directly with Career Advisors, brought together our university’s students with artificial intelligence tools.

The “HalduniDer Traditional Alumni Iftar” was organized for the second time this year in collaboration with the Career Center operating under the Directorate of Strategy and Resource Development at Ibn Haldun University and the Alumni and Members Association (HalduniDer). The program, held on March 9, 2026, brought together alumni, students, and members of the university community in the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan.

As the Career Center of Ibn Haldun University, in collaboration with Kılınç Law & Consultancy, we provided our students with a two-week international internship opportunity in Qatar and Kuwait. Our students gained hands-on experience particularly in arbitration and international commercial law, while observing global legal practice on-site.

Within the scope of the collaboration between the Career Center and TRT, the individual interview simulation program held on February 12, 2026, provided 20 of our students with the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with sector representatives. In the sessions designed similarly to a real interview environment, students had the chance to experience their performance, and through the evaluations and suggestions of TRT officials, they became better equipped for interview processes.

The Fulbright Scholarships Introductory Meeting, organized by the Ibn Haldun University Career Center in collaboration with the Turkey Fulbright Education Commission, was held on campus. During the event, Fulbright Türkiye Education Adviser Dilara Keven shared information on the scholarship programs and application process.

This event provided students and alumni with a clear overview of graduate study opportunities in Spain, covering application processes, admission requirements, scholarships, and strategic planning for postgraduate education in Europe.

Organized in collaboration with the Career Center and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center, the event titled “Uncertainty 101: Maintaining Balance on the Way to Graduation” addressed post-graduation anxiety through an interactive and practice-oriented format.

Ibn Haldun University students who participated in the “Investment and Finance Türkiye Century Summit,” organized under the leadership of Albayrak Media, had the opportunity to closely follow comprehensive discussions on Türkiye’s economic vision, investment policies, and the current transformations in the financial sector.

In the event organized on December 5, 2025 through the collaboration between the Career Center and İŞKUR, students took part in one-on-one interview simulations. With feedback from Mine Çetinkaya and Özen Kaya, participants became better prepared for future interviews.

Students at Ibn Haldun University joined a Roundtable on Entrepreneurship, where Papyon CEO Akif Çildan shared his startup journey and insights. The session highlighted the rise of tech-driven ventures and Papyon’s growth across Türkiye and the UK. Participants left with fresh inspiration and practical ideas for their own career paths.

As part of the technical visit organized by the Ibn Haldun University Career Center on 25 November 2025, students had the opportunity to explore Albayrak Group’s activities in media, publishing, and communications on site.

During the technical visit organized by Ibn Haldun University Career Center on November 24, 2025, students gained firsthand insight into SETA’s think-tank activities and career opportunities.

The “University to Career Toolkit: Map Out Your Purpose, Passion & Profession” workshop, organized by the IHU Career Center in collaboration with the Center for Psychotherapy Research (İPAM), took place on 18 November 2025. The event offered students valuable reflections on connecting their academic experiences with their personal values and future career goals.

The IHU Career Center organized the “Getting Ready for the Future: Career Development Opportunities” event to introduce university resources that support students’ development processes.

Ibn Haldun University Career Center, in collaboration with Balat Psychology, hosted the online event "From Graduation to the Field: A Roadmap for Mental Health Professionals" on June 20, 2025, which attracted great interest with high participation. The program, designed for students and alumni aiming for a career in psychology and psychological counseling, provided valuable insights on professional experiences and career planning.

Ibn Haldun University Career Center organized a “Career Planning” seminar for the students of Uluslararası Şehit Mehmet Karaaslan Girls’ Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, aiming to enhance their career awareness and guide them in future planning.

To facilitate the decision-making process of our students in their career progression, we organized an event titled "Academia or Industry?" on Tuesday, May 23rd at our university.

A cooperation protocol was signed between Anadolu Agency (AA) and Ibn Haldun University (IHU) to carry out internship and training programs and academic studies.
