The event titled “Career Path Talks: Alumni Perspectives – Turkcell Experience” was organized in collaboration with the Career Center, operating under the Strategy and Resource Development Department of Ibn Haldun University, and the Alumni and Members Association (HalduniDer). The event, held at the Student Center Academic Hall, hosted Betül Balçık, a graduate of the Psychology Department of our university and currently working at Turkcell.
During the event, Betül Balçık shared her transition from graduation to professional life, providing valuable insights into her career journey. Starting from her experience at Turkish Technic and continuing with her role as a business partner at Turkcell, she highlighted the perspectives gained from working in different sectors. She also offered important recommendations on adapting to corporate life, teamwork, career planning, and professional development.
The event, which attracted strong participation, provided students and alumni with the opportunity to hear career experiences directly from an alumni perspective. At the end of the session, participants engaged in an interactive Q&A, asking questions and gaining further insights.
Organized in collaboration with the Ibn Haldun University Career Center and HalduniDer, the event aims to strengthen the interaction between students and alumni and to facilitate the transfer of alumni experiences to the next generation.
