Graduate Studies Seminar Series: Fulbright Scholarship Information Session Held

The Career Center held the Fulbright Scholarship Information Session on Monday, October 19, 2026, via Zoom, as part of its Graduate Studies Seminar Series for students and alumni aiming to pursue graduate education.
The session featured Betül Özgürel, Educational Adviser at the Turkish Fulbright Commission, who covered the scope of Fulbright scholarships, the application process, and the evaluation criteria. Özgürel also outlined the academic and personal qualifications expected of applicants.
During the Q&A segment, students and alumni planning graduate studies abroad or considering an academic career had the opportunity to put their questions about the application process directly to Özgürel.
The Career Center will continue to organize events within the Graduate Studies Seminar Series to support the graduate education goals of our students and alumni.
