The “Interview Simulation with Çınar Koleji,” organized by the Ibn Haldun University Career Center in collaboration with Çınar Koleji, was held on Thursday, May 14, 2026. As part of the event, participants had the opportunity to gain interview experience through one-on-one simulations designed to reflect real interview processes.
Throughout the simulation, participants practiced effective self-expression, communication skills, responding to potential interview questions, and adapting to a professional interview environment. Through realistic interview scenarios, students were able to observe the dynamics of interview processes more closely and evaluate their own performance.
The individual interviews and feedback sessions conducted during the event contributed to participants’ awareness of their strengths as well as areas open to improvement. The simulation also aimed to help reduce interview-related anxiety and support students in approaching future professional interviews with greater confidence and preparation.
