What is the Talent Gate?

Yetenek Kapısı is a platform we previously introduced to support you throughout your career journey, offering access to job and internship postings, career events, and a range of career opportunities.

To ensure integrity and coordination across public career services, the services offered through Yetenek Kapısı will be carried out through public career platforms, primarily İŞKUR's digital platforms and the Career Planning Platform. The transition will be completed on October 1, 2026, and Yetenek Kapısı will remain accessible until that date.

You can access the relevant services through the following platforms:

• İŞKUR e-Şube: esube.iskur.gov.tr
• Career Planning Platform: kariyerplanlama.gov.tr

Through these platforms, you can continue to access job and internship postings across Türkiye, update your profile to connect directly with employers, and benefit from opportunities that support your career development.

Things to keep in mind:

• Employers' authorization to post new job/internship listings and events on Yetenek Kapısı has been suspended; new postings are now available through İŞKUR e-Şube.
• We recommend backing up your CV, certificates, and any other documents or information stored on Yetenek Kapısı before October 1, 2026.
• Detailed information on using the Career Planning Platform will be shared with you separately throughout the Fall term.
