Strategy and Resource Development Department, Career Center Team: Our “SUSTAIN-ED” Erasmus+ KA-152 Project Has Been Approved for Funding
The Erasmus+ KA-152 Youth Mobility project titled “Sustainability in Education Beyond Borders: Perspectives of International Students in Türkiye and International Students in Germany on Sustainability in Their Host Countries (SUSTAIN-ED)”, coordinated by the Career Center team of the Strategy and Resource Development Department, has been awarded support by the Turkish National Agency.

Through our “SUSTAIN-ED” project, we aim to raise young people’s awareness of sustainability and provide them with an international perspective. Within the scope of the project, mobility activities to be carried out in Türkiye and Germany will enable participants to observe different educational systems and sustainability practices in person.

The project also aims to enhance participants’ sustainability-related knowledge and skills, while strengthening their competencies in communication, teamwork, and problem solving. At the same time, it seeks to foster environmental responsibility among young people and support their development as active individuals at an international level.

Throughout the activities, workshops, field visits, and cultural events will be organized to contribute to participants’ academic and social development. At the end of the project, sustainability action plans and comparative reports will be prepared to provide guiding outputs for relevant institutions and stakeholders.

The project is coordinated by Büşra Kulaksız and carried out with the contributions of team members Çiğdem Haneci, Meryem Reyhan Aslan, and İbrahim Ethem Erdoğdu.

With this project implemented under the Erasmus+ program, we continue to contribute to youth work and strengthen our international collaborations.
