The “Individual Interview Simulation” event, organized by the Career Center of Ibn Haldun University in collaboration with TRT, was successfully held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, with the participation of 20 students. During the event, TRT’s expert representatives conducted one-on-one interview simulations with our students and shared their sector experience and professional perspectives.
The program aimed to develop our students’ ability to express themselves under conditions closest to a real interview environment, effectively highlight their competencies, and professionally manage the interview process. Throughout the simulation interviews, participants gained practical experience in areas such as résumé presentation, clearly and strategically articulating career goals, giving effective responses to competency-based questions, using body language, and communication strategies.
One of the most important outcomes of the event was that each student received individualized and structured feedback regarding their interview performance. In the evaluations conducted by TRT representatives, our students’ strengths were emphasized, and concrete and guiding suggestions were shared regarding areas for improvement. Thus, participants had the opportunity to approach interview processes they may encounter—particularly in the media and communication sectors—more consciously and prepared.
As the Career Center of Ibn Haldun University, we will continue to carry out practice-oriented career activities that bring our students together with sector representatives and prepare them more strongly for the professional world. We would like to thank TRT for their collaboration and contributions, and all our students who participated.
