Organized in collaboration with the Career Center and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center, the event titled “Uncertainty 101: Maintaining Balance on the Way to Graduation” addressed post-graduation anxiety through an interactive and practice-oriented format.

The event titled “Uncertainty 101: Maintaining Balance on the Way to Graduation,” organized in collaboration with the Career Center and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center, was successfully held with strong student participation.

The session focused on common concerns experienced during and after the graduation process, including uncertainty, anxiety, and the psychological challenges of transitional periods. Led by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Dilara Sürü, the event addressed topics such as coping with stress, maintaining inner balance, and sustaining motivation.

Moving beyond a traditional lecture format, the event stood out for its interactive structure. Students actively participated throughout the session, which also included movement-based and game-oriented activities, allowing participants to engage both mentally and physically while reflecting on their experiences.

By providing a safe and supportive space—particularly for students approaching graduation—the event encouraged open sharing of thoughts and emotions related to the transition process. Feedback received from participants highlighted the value of interactive and practice-oriented formats in responding to students’ real needs.
