The “Individual Interview Simulation” event, organized by Ibn Haldun University Career Center within the scope of our collaboration with İŞKUR, was successfully held on Friday, December 5, 2025, with strong student participation. During the event, İŞKUR Job Club Leaders Mine Çetinkaya and Özen Kaya conducted one-on-one interview simulations with our students and shared their professional experience.
The program aimed to help students develop their ability to express themselves confidently, highlight their strengths, and manage the flow of an interview in conditions that closely resemble real recruitment processes. Throughout the simulation sessions, participants gained hands-on experience in key areas such as presenting their CVs effectively, clearly articulating career goals, responding to frequently asked interview questions, using body language appropriately, and applying strong communication strategies.
One of the most valuable outcomes of the event was the individualized feedback each student received on their interview performance. In their evaluations, the Job Club Leaders emphasized students’ strengths while also offering concrete suggestions for improvement. This enable participants to approach future internship and job interview processes with greater preparedness and confidence.
As the Ibn Haldun University Career Center, we will continue to organize practical activities that support our students in entering the professional world more strongly. We would like to thank İŞKUR Job Club Leaders Mine Çetinkaya and Özen Kaya for their contributions, and all of our students who participated in the event.
