The first "HalduniDer 1st Traditional Alumni Iftar" program was organized at our university in collaboration with İbn Haldun University Career Center and the Alumni and Members Association (HalduniDer). The program, which started at 6:30 PM on Friday, March 21, was attended by association members, students, and alumni.
Held on the İbn Haldun University campus, the program began with a recitation from the Qur’an. This was followed by opening speeches from HalduniDer President Beyza Barutçu, Career Center Director Çiğdem Haneci, and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kemal Yılmaz.
As the call to prayer (Adhan) was recited, participants broke their fast and had iftar together. After the meal, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the microphone was passed around, allowing alumni and students to introduce themselves, share their current work, and recall fond memories of İbn Haldun University.
The iftar program continued with tea service. Participants expressed their happiness in coming together on this special evening and shared their hopes for making this event a lasting tradition.
The event concluded at 10:00 PM.
