VakıfBank Recruitment Exam Applications Have Started!

VakıfBank has launched applications for the 2025 Recruitment Exam to welcome new talents into its team. For those aiming to pursue a career in the financial sector, this exam can be an important step in your professional journey.

Eligibility and Application Requirements:

• Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
• Graduated from or currently in the final year of relevant undergraduate programs,
• Under the age of 30,
• Having strong analytical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and being a team player,
• Having a clear career goal in the banking sector.

Exam and Evaluation Process:

Applicants whose submissions are accepted will be invited to the written exam and interview stages. The exam will assess candidates’ general aptitude, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Those who successfully complete the process will have the opportunity to join the VakıfBank family.
