Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme – Applications for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Are Now Open!

Dear Students and Alumni,
The prestigious Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, has officially opened applications for the 2026–2027 academic year. This unique opportunity enables successful candidates to specialize in fields related to EU acquis and pursue postgraduate studies in EU member states.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to graduates, postgraduate students, civil servants, employees of the private sector, and NGO representatives.
Applications must be in academic fields directly related to the EU acquis.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in English or another EU language.
