Türkiye Maarif Foundation is organizing a “Finance Officer and Accountant Orientation and Development Program” as part of its domestic and international employment planning.
About the Program:
The program includes institutional orientation, as well as professional and personal development training. Participants who fulfill the program requirements and successfully complete the training will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Successful candidates will be placed in the Foundation’s employment candidate pool and may be recruited based on institutional needs and their ranking.

Application Deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2025 – 23:59
Summary of Application Requirements:
Graduates of relevant undergraduate programs (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.)
Alternatively: Graduates of relevant associate degree programs with at least 2 years of accounting experience
Turkish citizenship or Blue Card holder
No criminal record preventing public employment
Preferably: Foreign language proficiency, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, eligibility to work abroad
Required Documents:
Graduation certificate (from e-Government system or official copy)
Resume (CV)
Foreign language certificate (if available)
Equivalency certificate (for graduates of foreign institutions)
All documents must be uploaded to the system in PDF format. Incomplete or non-compliant applications will not be considered.
Examination and Interview:
Information about the exam and interview will be sent via email to eligible candidates.
Additional Information:
The language of instruction is Turkish. Lunch and a support scholarship will be provided during the program. Transportation, accommodation, and healthcare expenses are the responsibility of participants.
