Internal Control Compliance Specialist/Manager (Neova Sigorta)
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from Faculty of Economics, Administrative Sciences, or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial sectors
- Knowledge in risk management, internal control, compliance, and auditing
- Familiarity with MASAK regulations and legal processes
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools
- English language skills are preferred
- Completed military service for male candidates
Job Description:
- Collaborate with process owners to design risk and control frameworks
- Monitor and improve internal control systems
- Ensure compliance with MASAK regulations and other legal requirements
- Contribute to internal control activities and reporting processes
Financial Reporting Specialist (Neova Sigorta)
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- At least 2 years of financial reporting experience, preferably in the insurance sector
- Knowledge of IFRS, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in accounting software
- Strong written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze the financial reports for the insurance company
- Create and present financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations in reporting
- Support internal and external audit processes
