TÖDEB Fintech Apprentice Program

Dear Students and Alumni,

If you are interested in financial technologies, the TÖDEB FinTech Apprentice Program, organized in collaboration with the Turkish Payment and Electronic Money Institutions Association (TÖDEB) and Marmara University, offers you the opportunity to step into the sector in the 2025-2026 Academic Year. This program is ideal for those who wish to gain hands-on experience, receive training from experts, and make a strong start in their careers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Being a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
• Under the age of 30 as of the application date (born in September 1996 or later),
• Being a senior undergraduate student or a graduate within the last 3 years,
• Having a minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00,
• Demonstrating a strong interest in financial technologies and a commitment to professional development.

Selected candidates will first complete 14 weeks of theoretical training, followed by 14 weeks of internship, gaining a total of 28 weeks of valuable experience. While the training will be delivered by Marmara University Continuing Education Center (MÜSEM), participants will also have the opportunity to gain practical industry experience through internships at TÖDEB member institutions.
