This one-year program allows participants to collaborate with teams, develop projects, take part in decision-making processes, and gain insight into the dynamics of the business world.

Qualifications

• You are a 3rd-year university student (entering your 4th year in the 2025-2026 academic year).
• You have an advanced level of English.
• You can work full-time during the summer and at least two days per week during the academic term.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and open to personal and professional growth.
• You have strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
