As part of our collaboration, FLO Retailing is looking to hire new team members for the positions of Category Specialist Assistant and Planning Specialist Assistant.
Open Positions and Key Responsibilities:
Category Specialist Assistant
Coordinate with international offices and provide support to category managers
Manage processes related to collection planning, product procurement, and ordering
Enter product data into relevant systems and conduct stock and sales analysis
Contribute to collection development through store and competitor analysis
Planning Specialist Assistant
Prepare budget plans based on sales data and demand forecasts
Analyze order quantities and support strategic purchasing processes
Plan campaigns, track profitability (P&L), and carry out performance analyses
Take necessary actions during the season to meet departmental goals
Qualifications:
Good command of English
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Preferably experienced in SAP and the retail/footwear industry
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic
Career aspirations in category management or planning
