Albaraka Türk, Türkiye’s first participation bank, invites talented new graduates who wish to start a strong career in the finance sector to its “Future Sales Leaders Program.” This program aims to teach the dynamics of interest-free finance, provide comprehensive theoretical and practical training, and prepare participants to become the future leaders of the industry. Participants will also have the opportunity to join professional certification programs such as BES, SEGEM, and SPL under the guidance of expert trainers and mentors.
Eligibility:
The program is open to recent graduates from relevant departments such as Economics, Business Administration, Banking, and related fields. Candidates are expected to pursue a career in participation banking in line with the principles of interest-free finance. Male applicants must have completed, been exempt from, or postponed their military service for at least one year.
