Dear Student,
You are invited to “Uncertainty 101: Maintaining Balance on the Way to Graduation,” organized in collaboration with the Career Center and the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center. This event will focus on coping with uncertainty, managing stress, and sustaining motivation as you approach graduation.
During the session, we will discuss common concerns experienced during the graduation period and the uncertainties of this transition, while sharing practical and supportive strategies that students can apply in their daily lives. Our speaker, Clinical Psychologist Dr. Dilara Sürü, will also bring an insider perspective as an İHÜ alumna.
Event Details:
While the event is primarily designed for 3rd and 4th year students, we would be happy to welcome all students who wish to talk about the uncertainties surrounding the graduation process.
