Dear Student / Alumnus,
We are pleased to invite you to the online event titled "Projects on the Path to Career: Student Experiences", jointly organized by the Career Center and the Project Support Office of Ibn Haldun University.
In this event, we will host a conversation with three students who have actively participated in university-based projects. The session will explore how project-based experiences contribute to career development, employability, and personal growth.
The event will be moderated by İbrahim Ethem Erdoğdu, Career Counselor at the Career Center, and Gülcan Güven Yeşilgül, Project Development Specialist at the Project Support Office. The featured speakers are:
Çiğdem Kıyak and Meryem Dündar will present their findings from a TÜBİTAK 2209-A funded research project that investigates trainee lawyers’ perspectives on mediation practices in provincial bar associations.
Ömer Faruk Karakurt will share his insights from “Seyiroloji”, a practice-based cultural exchange project supported by the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), which promotes intercultural empathy and dialogue among youth.
Participants will gain insights into the role of project work in career planning, how such experiences enrich a CV, and how they align with the skills sought in today’s job market.
