KADEM Clinical Psychologist Recruitment

The Women and Democracy Association (KADEM) is now accepting applications for the Clinical Psychologist position to be assigned to the Women’s Support Centers located in various regions.

KADEM, a leading NGO working in the field of women's rights, is looking for an experienced and well-equipped professional to join a strong team that provides psychological support services, particularly to vulnerable groups such as women, refugees, and individuals under protection.

Ideal candidates are expected to have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, strong skills in stress and crisis management, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and effective reporting skills. Previous experience in NGOs, either professionally or as a volunteer, is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Providing individual psychological counseling services to beneficiaries applying to the Women’s Support Center
• Developing personalized empowerment plans based on evaluation results
• Designing and delivering social-emotional skills training programs that include psychodrama techniques
• Preparing regular progress reports on cases and activities
• Fulfilling tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator and Center Coordinator
