As part of our collaboration, GSİ | Göksu Safi Işık Attorney Partnership is seeking a legal intern to join its corporate department.

Qualifications:

• Graduates or graduating candidates,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English,
• Strong research, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills,
• Proactive problem-solving ability and analytical thinking,
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

Drafting, negotiating, and executing all types of commercial contracts, protocols, etc.,

Providing legal consultancy in the fields of commercial and corporate law,

Conducting legal research; preparing reports, correspondence, and documents,

Monitoring legislation relevant to the clients' fields of activity,

Conducting legal due diligence for projects,

Handling daily corporate tasks such as organizing general assembly meetings, etc.
