The Ibn Haldun University Alumni Card is prepared upon request. Once the card printing process is completed, you will be notified accordingly. A standard design is applied to alumni cards, and the information registered in our system is used on the card.
When your card is ready, you may collect it in person from the Career Center Office (Student Center, 1st Floor, Room 1.17) on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, upon signature.
If you wish to have your card sent to your address, you must select the relevant option during the application process. Home delivery service is currently available only within the borders of Istanbul.
If you request that your alumni card be collected by someone other than yourself, kindly send an email to kariyer@ihu.edu.tr including your full name and contact information, as well as the full name and contact details of the person who will collect the card.

Alumni who hold an IHU Alumni Card may benefit from discounts and privileges offered by institutions and organizations that cooperate with our University.
To benefit from these advantages, it is sufficient to present your IHU Alumni Card before payment.

Collection of the Alumni Card by a Third Party

In the event that your alumni card is lost or stolen, you must contact the Career Center via email.
Any responsibility arising from loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card belongs to the cardholder.
For a new card application, you must contact the Career Center.
Deactivation of the Alumni Card
In case of detection of misuse, the IHU Alumni Card will be deactivated by the Career Center.
