Erasmus+ Youth Exchange | SUSTAIN-ED – Applications Open!

Dear International Students,

Applications are now open for the Erasmus+ KA152-YOU Youth Exchange project "SUSTAIN-ED / Sustainability in Education Beyond Borders: Perspectives of International Students in Türkiye and International Students in Germany on Sustainability in Their Host Countries" (Grant Agreement No: 2025-3-TR01-KA152-YOU-000384503), coordinated by our University's Career Centre and supported by the Turkish National Agency, funded by the European Union.

The project brings together young people from Türkiye and Germany around the themes of sustainability, sustainable development in education, and non-formal learning.

Venues and Dates

• Istanbul: 19-23 October 2026
• Amberg-Weiden, Germany (OTH Amberg-Weiden): 7-11 December 2026

Programme Content

Participants will take part in a variety of non-formal learning activities, including cultural trips, field visits, workshops, and documentary screenings.

Eligibility

• Be an international student enrolled in a bachelor's / master's / PhD programme at Ibn Haldun University
• Be aged 18–25
• Hold a valid passport for the mobility period
• Hold a valid Schengen visa for entry to Germany (this is a prerequisite for application)
• Commit to attending all activities of both the Istanbul (19–23 October 2026) and Germany (7–11 December 2026) mobilities
• Commit to attending the online orientation webinar in the last week of September 2026

Covered Costs

Travel, accommodation, and meals are covered under the Erasmus+ grant. Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate.
