Within the scope of our collaboration with Başakşehir Municipality, a Part-Time YouTube Content Management Assistant will be recruited to work within Başakşehir Municipality.
This position offers an important opportunity for students who are interested in digital media and wish to take an active role in content production and management processes.
Qualifications
Being a 3rd-year undergraduate student; preferably 4th-year or graduate student
Having an interest in YouTube and digital media platforms
Being familiar with short video formats such as YouTube Shorts and Reels
Having basic knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content production, or being willing to learn
Being able to support content planning and idea development processes
Being familiar with YouTube Studio, view counts, watch time, and engagement metrics, or being open to learning
Understanding the impact of titles, descriptions, and thumbnail designs on performance
Following trending content and current digital media dynamics
Having basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Being organized, responsible, and suitable for teamwork
Being able to use Turkish accurately and effectively
Having an interest in writing titles, descriptions, and short texts
Having awareness of storytelling and narrative techniques
Working Conditions
Candidates who can work at least three days a week
Ability to adapt to specific working hours
