Sport Center Academy – HR Internship

Dear Students and Alumni,

Sport Center Academy is looking for talented and eager-to-learn interns who are interested in gaining online experience in the field of Human Resources. Operating across Turkey and the Balkans, this international organization has offered employment opportunities to over 40,000 individuals since 2021 through its successful internship program. Interns who successfully complete the program may also be offered employment opportunities in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to learn and pursue a career in areas such as HR strategies, recruitment techniques, corporate communication, performance management, labor law, and data protection (KVKK),
• Actively participating in portfolio-based (production and design) processes with a hands-on learning approach,
• Contributing to the HR department’s project design and implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Being a current undergraduate/graduate student or a recent graduate,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work collaboratively and eagerness to learn.

Note: The internship is fully online and unpaid. Successful participants will be awarded a certificate, reference letter, supervision support, and may be eligible for a scholarship to join an international internship program.
